Lender Participation Information
 
This is a multi-county program that includes the following counties:
Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Lee, Palm Beach & Sarasota.
 
The approval process for participation is a three-step process.
 
Step #1
A lender is subject to approval by U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, HFA Division, designated Master Servicer for the program.   Please contact the U.S. Bank HFA Division Lender Management Team at 800-562-5165 or email:  lender.management@usbank.com to request a Lender Agreement Packet.
 
Step #2
A lender must submit lender participation documents directly to the Housing Finance Authority found below.
