1941 - Konrad Zuse invents home computing.

1991 - The World Wide Web takes the world by storm.

1995 - National Association of Realtors created Realtor.com.

2009 - FirstHome4U.com Web Site created.

2016 - MyFirstFloridaHome.com Web Site created for Buyers, Realtors and Lenders.  The ONLY Web Site to offer always updated accurate down payment, closing cost information and mortgage credit certificate for the entire State of Florida.

The Power of the Internet

As of a 2015 National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 44% of buyers found their home they purchased on the Internet, 33% with a Real Estate Agent, 9% with an Open House sign, 6% from a friend or relative, 6% from a  home builder, 2% directly from the seller and 1% from print newspaper.    While online home searches have become more common place and easier, locating any information regarding down payment and closing cost money is still very confusing.  We tried a Google search using key words that we knew would yield results and still we received Web Sites with incorrect or misleading information.  How would a consumer know any different?  That's why we created MyFirstFloridaHome.com.
